This year’s ProWein appearance shows that the wine portfolio is turning for the 40th anniversary of Global Wines. We have some new items in our luggage again. In Hall 15, Stand A79, the new, modern line ‹‹Capra Pazza›› will be presented, which with 3 wines (Cesanese Lazio IGT, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, Negroamaro Puglia IGT) is aimed specifically at the young target group. Strikingly charismatic, the Italians, who have been rated with three times 97 Luca Maroni points, promise uncompromising fun in a glass. Capra Pazza – The crazy goat is exciting, unconventional and yet stylish.

The new ‹‹Selection Sommelier›› line was created exclusively for specialist retailers, GAM and gastronomy. The series from Austria, which includes a Grüner Veltliner Premium, a Blauer Zweigelt Rosé and a Blauer Zweigelt Reserve, combines the best characteristics of the respective growing region. The exclusive qualities are staged in a self-explanatory manner via the upscale equipment.

Sustainability is an essential principle in Global Wines’ long-term business activities. The focus of this year’s ProWein is therefore also on wines for which the CO2 footprint was determined via the process chain. The emissions are calculated individually by ClimatePartner and offset by supporting certified projects. These projects help support local communities, conserve biodiversity and create jobs. You quickly get an idea of how you can contribute to a sustainable society.
